Dr. Hangtae Cho, Director of the Korean language program in the department of Asian Languages and Literatures, is a
2017 winner of the
Horace T. Morse-University of Minnesota Alumni Association Award for Outstanding Contributions to Undergraduate Education. Dr. Cho is a program-builder whose teaching appeals to students from all backgrounds. His motivational teaching encourages students to pursue cultural learning at the highest level inside and outside the classroom.
